Patrick O'ConnorPatrick O’Connor completes his MA in International and Development Economics at Fordham University in the Bronx in May. Actually, he’s been done with the degree requirements since December, but has been using the last 4 months search fruitlessly for a job. Frustrated with the never-ending job hunt in New York and DC, he has decided to put the search for the next 9 to 5 on ice while he pedals his way into your heart. Since sophomore year of high school, Patrick has spent every summer working and saving money for college. After finishing his BA at Gonzaga University, he took a year to volunteer in San Francisco as a legal assistant at a really rad law group. Since then he hasn't found a decent burrito in 2 years of epic searching. Last summer, Patrick took a break from the ordinary and spent the summer rocking out in Bolivia and Peru. It was awesome. Now Patrick realizes that summers vacations are made for actual vaykay. Before committing to the next job that will define the rest of his life, Patrick wants to celebrate the completion of a combined 20 years of education by Broquesting. |
