It took us about 111 miles to get into and out of Idaho, running through Rathdrum, Athol, Sandpoint, Elmira, Bonner's Ferry, and Moyie Springs. The landscape was very pretty, with plenty of trees. Towards the eastern edge of Idaho we began climbing into the Rockies, which included crossing over a very dramatic canyon on an extremely narrow bridge. Total mileage as of the end of Idaho approx. 930 miles.
